Caravan Park

About Us

Willowbrook Farm is a pet friendly caravan park situated on forty acres and is only a one hour drive north of Perth. It’s one of those rare and wonderful finds that seldom comes along when looking for a weekend getaway or a stopover when passing through from one destination to another.

From the moment you pull into the driveway of Willowbrook Farm, you will be captured by the ambience with its large grassed campsites, Australian native trees, authentic shearing shed, small pioneer cemetery and the original homestead, built in 1874. Wind down and take in the splendour with a walk around the property, admire the murals painted by local Perth artists Jean and Steve Wainwright or relax on the front veranda where you can simply enjoy the serenity.

Roaming the property are the magnificent Texas Longhorns, Belted Galloways, sheep, lambs, geese, chickens, guinea fowl and friendly resident dog, Tarla. There is an abundance of birdlife, with beautiful Blue Wrens and Wagtails flitting around the park, spectacular sounds of Kookaburras laughing and Cockatoos calling, making it impossible to ignore the delightfully rustic allure of Willowbrook Farm.

Children (including big kids) are given the opportunity to participate in the daily feeding of the animals. Visitors are able to get up close to the animals in a safe, supervised environment.

Every Sunday morning at 9.30am come and enjoy freshly made scones, local homemade jams and freshly whipped cream, complimentary from the managers, Lil and Bill. All you need to bring is your own cuppa and chair or picnic blanket to sit on.

A communal fire pit (seasonal) is the perfect place to toast marshmallows, enjoy a drink with family and friends, spin a yarn, share a joke or just sit back and appreciate the spectacular night sky.

There are many attractions and a lot on offer in the region, such as the Gravity Discovery Centre or the Gingin Observatory, which is perfect for a night of stargazing and only 4kms from Willowbrook. Visit the quaint historical township of Gingin or take a short drive to Guilderton Beach and Moore River for all you favourite water activities. Caladenia Mini Golf and Le Shed Cafe offers fun for all ages, or explore the beauty of the Moore River by horseback with 1300 Trail Rides.

Take a beautiful coastal day trip up Indian Ocean Drive to the famous Pinnacles at Cervantes. Take a stop along the way at the fishing township Lancelin, grab a bite to eat, try sand boarding or dust off your 4x4 skills and hit the dunes.

For a charming country drive, head to the monastic township of New Norcia where you can take a guided tour of the historical sites, visit the New Norcia museum, meet Benedictine Monks or sample their Abbey Ale or wine. Don’t forget to stop at the award winning Bindoon Bakery along the way.
